Manufacturing Process for HDPE Pressure Pipes

1. ETILINAS 12BK HDPE PE80 - Our raw material supplier is POLYETHYLENE MALAYSIA SDN BHD (PEMSB). Polyethylene materials is one of the most versatile and dependable thermoplastic Polymer. ETILINAS 12BK HDPE PE80 is based on a special high density copolymer with excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking, abrasion and meets the ISO classification PE80 for the pipe material..
2. Resin Container - Customized material handling equipment to prevent contamination. |
3. Hopper Dryer - PE 80 ETILINAS12BK resin is pre-dried at 80 degree Celcius to ensure resin pellets are free from moisture. |
4. BMC Plus (Main Extruder) - Computerized PLC to control production parameters. |
5. Pipe Extrusion - Extrusion in process where material is extruded to designated diameter through pipehead. |
6. Vacuum Spray Tank - Precise dimensional control achieved through the deployment of vacuum sleeves. |
7. Chilled Water Spray Tank - Continuous thermal stress relief. |

8. Roll On Printer - For Identification markings as required under Malaysia Specification of MS 1058 Part 2, 2002. |
9. Haul-off Puller - To provide traction control. |
10. Cutting Saw - Cut to size for standard & customized lengths. |
11. Double Winder - Coils PE Pipes up to 100 meters. |
