Quality Control Requirements for HDPE Pipes
Lab DSC Controller - Stringent quality control test on the pipe Oxidation Induction Time (O.I.T) to assure that it meets our highest standard of quality requirement.
Oxidation Induction Time (O.I.T) : Test on the extruded pipe inner surface.
Hydrostatic Test Bath - Every pipes produced by Kindratech Pipes are meeting the following basic requirements of the MS 1058 Part 2, 2002.
A – Dimensional : Outside Diameter, Wall thickness, length calibration.
B – Performance : Hydrostatic Test at 80°C, 165 hours.
